swansea west Glam wales Customer review for People's Friend I have been reading the People's Friend for many years and never miss a copy. I love everything in this wonderful magazine, the knitting patterns are great, and I always love reading all the serials especially period ones. The letters page and 'through the manse window' are so enjoyable to read, whenever I travel I always take a copy with me. May the People's Friend long reign.

Edinburgh Customer review for People's Friend Have enjoyed the magazine for many, many years. I remember when I was 7 years old presenting Annie S. Swan with a bouquet of flowers when she was in Edinburgh. Not many of your current readers or employees will even have heard of this lady! I wonder if you have any old photographs of her?

Tadley Customer review for People's Friend What a great magazine - I look forward to it each week but I am wondering why no Diary this year. Have been looking forward to it since October. Happy Christmas to all the editorial staff.

Sheffield Customer review for People's Friend I used to read several other women's magazine but they started to get very sleazy with "true confessions" and sensationist stories. The fiction content gradually dropped off too. That's when I decided to have look at The People's Friend, The stories have a great variety of background and character. I like the pet stories an the features on training dogs for the Blind and the people with hearing difficulties.

Worcester Customer review for People's Friend I have been a reader for many years and have made many of your knitting patterns for my children, grandchildren and now great grandchildren. Will you be publishing a baby knitting magazine as you did some years back. I also thank you for the prompt despatch of the book Oaken Heart last week. So impressed at the speed of post, less than a week. Shall be reading your magazine, hopefully for a good few years yet!
