How to Order |

Open 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday (except bank holidays) - To order online, find your magazine using:
i. The 'Site Search' box
ii. The complete A-Z listing of titles
iii. The magazine subject categories
iv. Other pages like best sellers, magazines under £5,
featured titles etc
- When you've found your magazine:
i. Choose the subscription period you want from the options available and click the “Add to Basket” button next to it.
ii. If you want overseas delivery, select the country from the drop down menu - wait until the page refreshes (the flag by the subscription offer will change) and prices for that country will be shown. Please note not all magazines are available for delivery to all countries.
- In your basket you can then choose to:
i. Continue to the secure checkout and place your order
ii. Use the ‘Continue shopping' button to browse other magazines
iii. Start the subscription after Christmas
- The secure checkout:
i. Enter your postcode and click “Find UK Address” This should be the postcode of the billing address.
ii. Select your address from the choices available - this will fill the form automatically. You can enter a different address for delivery on the next page.
iii. Don't forget to add your name, phone number and email
iv. Enter your credit card or direct debit details - make sure they are correct, as incorrect information will result in your order being delayed
v. Click the ‘Continue' button
- Check your order details before confirming your order
i. If you want the subscription to go to a different address to your billing address, click “Edit Address” and follow the on-screen instructions
ii. If your order details are correct, click “Place Order” to finalise your purchase. Remember to click the box to show you are happy with our terms and conditions.
iii. If you want to make changes to the order ie subscription period, magazine selection, billing details etc click on our logo (top left hand corner of the screen) to go back to the home page, then click on the ‘your basket' link to update your order
- After placing your order you'll be sent an email confirming that we have received it. Please check the details of your order and if anything is incorrect please contact our customer services team. Your order will be sent to the publisher(s) of the relevant magazine(s). When they have processed your order, they will contact you to confirm the date of the first issue of your subscription. If there any problems with the personal information you supplied to us during checkout, the publisher will contact you. You should receive your first issue within 8 weeks - this is usually much sooner, but depends on the print schedule of the magazines.
